This piece consists of a large (2.3m sq.) structure which supports a stretched canvas. Very low frequency sound (12-16 Hz) is passed through the canvas which has aluminium filings sprinkled on it. As the canvas vibrates the filings form into patterns which change over time. After the two week installation period at John Jones project space, the aluminium had left a trace on the canvas in the form of a semi-reflective layer of aluminium.
